One of the well-known recipes or actually ingredient is soy sauce. This sauce gives your broccoli a delicious sweet taste. You will need the following ingredients for 4 people:

  • 800g broccoli
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper and salt

Preparation method:

  1. Cut, wash and blanch the broccoli as described above.
  2. Place the wok on the heat source with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. When the oil is hot, add the crushed garlic and sesame seeds to the pan. Bake this for approx. 2 minutes.
