HOW TO MAKE MANTI SOUP?
As the name suggests, ravioli soup is a type of soup that contains ravioli. Although it is made using other names in Anatolia, it takes its place in the kitchens as mantı soup today.
In order to make ravioli soup, first of all, it is necessary to prepare ravioli made with ravioli dough as small as possible and using materials such as minced meat or potatoes. Such prepared small ravioli can be prepared in advance and stored in the freezer, or they can be added to the soup by making them fresh.

The necessary ingredients for the ravioli soup are as follows;
- 2 cups or less small-shaped ravioli
- 1 small onion
- 1 Cup Cooked Chickpeas
- Tomato paste, oil, butter, salt, mint and optionally chili flakes.
In a medium saucepan, add 2 spoons of oil and 1 spoon of butter, add the finely chopped onions and mix.
Tomato paste is added to the mixture and then it is left to boil with 4 glasses of hot water.
It is also possible to use ready-made ravioli in making ravioli soup.
If ready-made ravioli is used, you may need to adjust the cooking time according to the desired softness.
If desired, 3 cloves of garlic are crushed and added to the boiling water. Pre-prepared ravioli is added to it and mixed. Having small ravioli is very important at this stage.
After adding the ravioli, chickpeas are added to the boiling soup. Add salt, pepper and mint, and let it boil over low heat until it thickens.
