Strip carrot salad recipe

Materials:

  • 4 carrots
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 2-3 sprigs of green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • some sesame seeds
  • Olive oil

How is it done?

  1. Peel the carrots first, then finely chop them with a peeler.
  2. Chop the green onions and put them in a bowl.
