Ingredients for Pot Kebab with Vegetables

  • 600 grams lean beef cubed
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 capsicum peppers
  • 2 green peppers
  • 5 tablespoons tomato sauce or 1 tomato zest
  • tomato paste with the tip of 1 teaspoon
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

MAKING POTS KEBAB WITH VEGETABLES

  • Wash and drain the meat and put it in the pot.
  • Cook in its own water on low heat until it absorbs its water.
  • Add oil and fry a little.
  • Add the diced onions.
  • After frying for a while, add the tomato paste.
  • Add the diced potatoes, diced carrots and julienne peppers.
  • After adding the tomato sauce, add about 1 tea glass of boiling water.
  • After boiling, reduce the heat and cook the food in the steam of the vegetables until they absorb their water.
  • Add salt and pepper, bring it to a boil and turn off the heat.
