Weed materials

  • 1 cup of flour
  • half a glass of water
  • 2 small eggs
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 cups of sunflower oil
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 90 grams dark chocolate


  • Melt your butter at room temperature and add salt to it.
  • Add water and stir in a saucepan over low heat until the butter melts well.
  • After the water boils, add the sifted flour by mixing it so that there are no lumps.
  • When it becomes a dough, remove it from the stove and mix and cool.
  • Then break the eggs into it and mix it well into the dough.
  • Put the sunflower oil in a pan and heat it.
  • Put the soft dough in the knurled cream bag and pour it into this hot oil.
  • Tighten to desired length.
  • After it is well fried, take it out of the oil and put it on a plate with a napkin and drain the oil.
  • Melt your chocolate in a bain-marie.¬†After dipping the fried sweets in sugar, dip them in this chocolate and serve.
