HIGHLAND SOUP RECIPE

Highland Soup Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of rice
  • 7 glasses of water
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • Half a cup of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • Salt
  • Mint

PREPARATION OF HIGHLAND SOUP

  • Water, oil, salt and rice are put in the pot. The rice is boiled until soft.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the yoghurt, egg, mint and flour together with 1 glass of water.
  • When the rice becomes soft, mix it quickly and add the yogurt mixture to the soup.
  • Stir until it boils.
  • When it boils, it is boiled for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  • Don’t forget to stir occasionally.
  • After the soup is cooked, it is covered and served hot.
