Water, oil, salt and rice are put in the pot. The rice is boiled until soft.
In a separate bowl, whisk the yoghurt, egg, mint and flour together with 1 glass of water.
When the rice becomes soft, mix it quickly and add the yogurt mixture to the soup.
Stir until it boils.
When it boils, it is boiled for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Don’t forget to stir occasionally.
After the soup is cooked, it is covered and served hot.
