Gluten Free Chocolate Souffle Recipe

Materials:

  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of rice flour

Over:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Strawberry (optional)

How to Make Gluten Free Souffle

1. First, the oven is set to 220 degrees and operated.

2. Melt butter and chocolate in a Teflon pan over low heat.

3. After it melts, it is removed from the stove and rice flour is added and mixed.

4. Next, beat the eggs and sugar until they become foamy.

5. Chocolate rice flour mixture is added to the eggs and whisked again.

6. The prepared dough is poured into greased souffle cups.

7. It is left to cook in the hot oven for 7 minutes.  (be very careful, if you overcook it, it will turn out to be a cake!)

8. You can decorate the soufflés with powdered sugar and, if available, strawberries.
