  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1.5 cups of granulate

  1. First, water and sugar are mixed in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
  2. The oils are taken into the pot and the middle burner is taken to the stove.
  3. Flour is added to it and, stirring constantly, it is roasted until it turns brown in color. It takes about 20 minutes.
  4. Then the stove is turned down slightly, the roasted flour is collected in a part of the pot and sherbet is poured into the empty part. This is to avoid splashing.
  5. It is mixed and taken from the stove when the syrup is completely absorbed.
  6. You can serve it any way you want. I took it on a serving plate and shaped it by sticking the tip of the knife on it.
