The preparation of this recipe is very fast, so we advise you to start turning on the oven and preheat to 180 ° and to line a pan with parchment paper to be ready before starting with the passagi. 

Child: Separate the yolks from the whites, then pour the egg whites into a bowl. You can use the egg yolks for other preparations. 

Mom or Dad: take the walnut kernels and chop them finely

Baby: In a rather large bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, sugar and chopped walnuts with the egg whites.

The size of the bowl will allow you to work more easily by having to draw directly with your hands to make the balls.

Together:  mix well making sure you get a homogeneous mixture.

Child:  lightly moisten your hands and form small balls slightly smaller than a walnut with the dough. Moistening your hands is a little trick to keep them from sticking.
