1. Seafood Fried Noodle Recipe

Main Ingredients  :

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of sliced ​​red onion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 tomato
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil
  • tsp broth powder

How to make:

  1. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the back of the package.
  2. Then lift and drain the water.
  3. Rinse with cold running water so that the noodles are chewy and don’t stick to each other.
  4. Saute the spices that have been mashed with cooking oil.
  5. Add the spices and soy sauce and other seasonings.
  6. Add the prawns and sliced ​​squid.
  7. Stir until well blended.
  8. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.
  9. Add egg noodles, stir until well blended.
  10. Add bean sprouts, mustard greens, cabbage, scallions, and chopped celery.
  11. Stir until well combined and vegetables are cooked. Taste test and serve.

2. Chicken Fried Noodle Recipe

The main ingredient:

  • 1 pack of jumbo fried Indomie
  • 50 gr minced chicken
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pieces of curly red chili
  • 1 large green chili
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp salt

How to make:

  1. Chopper onion, garlic, large red chili, curly, and tomato cayenne pepper.
  2. Chopper or minced chicken.
  3. Saute the spices until cooked, add the chicken.
  4. Saute the spices until cooked, add  the chicken and add salt and set aside.
  5. Bring the water to a boil. Boil the half cooked instant noodles, don’t be too mushy.
  6. Add the drained noodles to the spicy chicken.
  7. Give the noodles seasoning mix well.
  8. Add the chopped cabbage. Stir briefly, then remove.
