Cauliflower Rice Wok
When you stir-fry cauliflower with other ingredients, it is always the other ingredients that go into the wok first. Finally, the cauliflower rice is added, because it is so cooked. I’ll give you an example.

- 1 cauliflower made into rice
- 200 grams small broccoli florets
- 1 clove of garlic
- A few carrots grated
- 1 yellow bell pepper in strips or cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 sliced spring onions
