- 2 tablespoons of mascarpone

HOW TO PREPARE: SANTA CLAUS HATS WITH STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM
Melt the butter in a double boiler, let it cool and add the almonds, sugar and cocoa. Work with a spatula, then add the egg yolks. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, add half of them to the mixture, then stir in the remaining egg whites, a little at a time, stirring gently from the bottom up. Pour into the mold, greased and lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool completely. With the pastry cutter cut out 14 cylinders from the cake.
Wash the strawberries, dry them and remove the stalk. With half a teaspoon of Nutella fix the strawberries to the chocolate cake cylinders with the tip facing upwards

Whip the cream and add it gently, a little at a time, to the mascarpone cheese worked with the icing sugar. Transfer the mixture to the pastry bag and form a ring of cream around each strawberry, placing a sprig on the tip.
