HOW TO PREPARE: Black Rice
To prepare this recipe with your child, follow our instructions. Mum or Dad: heat the tomato sauce with the concentrate in a saucepan and cook at medium temperature for 5 min. Child: add salt and pepper and a sprig of rosemary.
All together: take a pot, fill it with water and add salt. Once it reaches the boiling point, throw the rice and boil it for the time indicated on the package. Then, once cooked, drain it and season it to taste with oil or butter.
Mom or Dad: take the slices of Edam and cut them out with a small knife giving them the shape of ghosts of different sizes. Child: shape the eyes by piercing the cheese with straws
Child: with a spoon or a small ladle take some tomato sauce and scchise 4 large flat plates. Mom or Dad: Arrange the rice in the center of the plate with the back of a spoon so that it has a smooth and flat surface.
All together: place 2 or 3 ghosts of cheese on each portion and serve immediately
