MAKING POTATOES WITH MEATBALL
- For the meatballs, grated onion and garlic, minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and salt are taken and kneaded in a deep bowl.
- Spices and parsley are added and all the ingredients are blended.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- After the potatoes are peeled, they are cut into rings.
- Oil is put in the pan and when it gets hot, the potatoes are fried a little on both sides.

IZMIR MEATBALL MAKING
