  • 2 full cups of pomegranate, diced
  • 1.5 cups of sugar
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • A little lemon salt

How is it done?

1. Extract the pomegranate.

2. Take a saucepan with sugar and water. Mix it well.

3. Let it boil over medium heat.

4. When it starts to boil, mix well and cook for 20 minutes by reducing the heat slightly and checking it from time to time. 

5. Add 1 pinch of lemon salt and mix. Or you can add 1 full teaspoon of lemon juice.

6. Boil for another 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

7. Fill into jars.

  • 2.5 cups fine bulgur
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1.5 teaspoons of chili paste
  • 1 lemon

How is it done?

1. Finely extract 1 large pomegranate.

2. Put the bulgur in a pot and add the tomato paste on it.

3. Stir well while pouring the boiling water and close the lid.

4. The greens are finely chopped and added to the broth with spices and lemon and olive oil.

5. Pomegranates are added last and mixed well.

for the base

  • 2 packages of whole wheat biscuits
  • 100 gr. butter

For the first floor;

1 liter milk

Heaping 3 tablespoons of starch

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 pack of whipped cream

For the top:

  • 3 glasses of cherry juice
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 large bowl of pomegranate

How is it done?

1. For the base, the biscuits are passed through the food processor until they become flour, turned into flour. 

2. The butter is melted and mixed with the biscuits. 

3. Press this mixture into the lower part of the clamp mold or any mold you have with the help of a glass and compress it.

4. Put milk, starch, sugar in a saucepan and stir until it boils.

5. After cooking, add sugar and oil.

6. Stir until melted and remove from heat.

7. After warming up, add whipped cream and beat with the help of a mixer.

8. Pour over the base.

9. For the top and the last part, put cherry juice, starch, sugar in the pot and cook. 

10. After passing the heat and getting warm, pour it into the container.

11. Sprinkle pomegranates on top and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.

  • 3 packs of plain petibor biscuits
  • 2 packages of pudding
  • 5 full cups of milk

For the above:

  • Half a pack of milk and dark chocolate
  • 100 gr. cream.
  • Pomegranate
  • Pistachios

How is it done?

1. Break the petibor biscuits.

2. Mix 2 packs of pudding and milk in a sauce pot until it gets a thick consistency .

3. After getting the consistency, pour over the cracked biscuits and mix.

4.  Pour the mixed mortar into the mold, cover it and put it in the cupboard, let it rest for 2 hours.

5. In another pan, mix the cream and chocolate and pour over the cake.

6. Let it cool down and after it cools, sprinkle it with pomegranate and pistachios.

7. Let rest for 1 more hour and then serve.

  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • 5 sprigs of green onions
  • 1 large pomegranate
  • 3 walnuts
  • Diced Tulum Cheese
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Desired amount of salt and olive oil

3. Slice the cheeses and chop the walnuts as well.
