You can remove this hay with your hands or you can use a spoon. You can also scrape it off with a knife. You throw this hay away.

Bottom

After removing the hay, the bottom remains. This bottom is very soft and can easily be cut into pieces. You can dip the bottom in a sauce again and eat it.

Artichoke Dip
