HONEY CHERRY CAKE RECIPE
Honey Cherry Cake Ingredients
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 140 g almond flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of powdered cardamom
- 1 teaspoon powdered anise
- 5 eggs
- 230 g melted butter
- 250 g honey
- 1 cup of cherries

HONEY CHERRY CAKE MADE
- Combine the flours, baking powder, cinnamon, cardamom and anise in a large mixing bowl.
- Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs.
- Beat the egg whites in a bowl with a mixer until they become foamy.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks, melted butter and honey.
- Add the honey mixture to the flour and beat it with a mixer until all the ingredients are well defined.
- Finally, add the egg whites, mix the mortar with the help of a spatula without extinguishing it too much, and transfer it to the cake mold lined with greaseproof paper.
- Add the cherries that you cut in half and removed the seeds on the mortar.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes.
- After cooling, sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Serve by slicing.
CHERRY BROWNIE CAKES RECIPE
Cherry Brownie Pies Ingredients
- 56 g dark chocolate
- 220 g granulated sugar
- 170 g butter (room temperature)
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 170 g flour
- 65 g cocoa
- 5 cups pitted cherries
For the above
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 500 ml cream
- Cherry
PREPARATION OF CHERRY BROWNIE CAKES
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Set the oven to 170 degrees. Line a 33 cm x 22 cm baking dish with greaseproof paper.
- Beat butter and sugar with mixer.
- Add the eggs and continue beating.
- Add cocoa, baking powder, vanilla.
- Add flour and mix with a spatula.
- Transfer the dough to the mold. Arrange the pitted cherries by dipping them into the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Separate 1 glass of cream for the top and beat the rest with a mixer.
- Melt the chocolate and add it to the cream. Mix with spatula and cool.
- Whisk the cream you have separated and fill it into a flat-ended piping bag.
- Cut the completely cooled cake into pieces with an 8 cm round mold.
- Spread the chocolate cream on it.
- Squeeze the white cream into the middle.
- Place a cherries on top of each piece and serve.
CHERRY CHEESE PASTE RECIPE
Cherry Cheese Paste Ingredients
- 15 cherries (preferably firm)
- 100 g Tulum Cheese
- 50 g curd cheese
- 50 g of cottage cheese
- 50 g almond cracked (pan-roasted without oil)
- 6-7 sprigs of dill (finely chopped)
- 3-4 branches of purslane (Flower separated)
- 1 cucumber (Grated)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
PREPARATION OF CHERRY CHEESE MUSCHES

MAKING CHERRY COBBLER
- Mix the cherries, brown sugar, starch, orange peel and orange juice in a bowl and divide into small baking dishes.
- Sprinkle the butter pieces over them.
- For the dough, cut the butter into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and knead.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut it the same size as the molds and place it on the cherries.
- Bake in the oven set at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Place ice cream and cherries on the desserts and serve.
VANILLA CHEESECAKE RECIPE WITH CHERRY SAUCE
Ingredients for vanilla cheesecake with cherry sauce
for the base
- 2 packs of oatmeal biscuits
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 cups strained yogurt
- 400 g labneh cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
For the cherry sauce
- 250 g cherries
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of water
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch

- Chopped Pistachios
MAKING VANILLA CHEESECAKE WITH CHERRY SAUCE
- For the base, pass the biscuit through the rondo until it turns into flour and put it in a kneading bowl.
- Add the melted butter and cinnamon and knead.
- Spread the mortar on the base of a 20 cm diameter greaseproof paper lined springform mold by pressing it with your hand.
- Put the mold in the freezer and cool thoroughly.
- Take all the ingredients needed for the top in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer.
- Pour over the cooled biscuit base.
- Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 35-40 minutes without opening the lid.
- Do not remove from the oven until the oven has cooled.
- To prepare the cherry sauce, remove the seeds of the cherries, cut them into large pieces and put them in a sauce pan.
- Add sugar and water and cook.
- Before removing from the stove, thin the cornstarch with a little cold water and add it to the sauce.
- Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Once the sauce has thickened, set it aside to cool.
- Pour the cooled sauce over your cheesecake and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Serve garnished with chopped pistachios.
CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY TART RECIPE
Chocolate and cherry tart ingredients
For the tart dough
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
For the ganache chocolate
- 350 g milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate spread
- 250 ml cream
For the above
- 250 g cherries
- 1/2 cup of almonds
MAKING CHOCOLATE CHERRY TARTE
- To prepare the cocoa tart dough, put the butter you have kept at room temperature in a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
- Continue mixing after adding cocoa and water.
- After adding the sifted flour, vanilla and salt, knead the tart dough until all the ingredients are even.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the rested dough with the help of a rolling pin on your floured kitchen counter.
- Lay the dough on the tart mold, press it lightly on the edges and let the mold take its shape.
- Pierce the base of the dough with a fork.
- Cut a piece of greaseproof paper the size of a tart pan and place it on the dough.
- Fill the middle part with legumes such as chickpeas and dried beans to add weight and give the dough its flat shape.
- Bake the tart dough in a preheated 175 degree oven for about 25 minutes until it turns light in color.
- After it comes out of the oven, take the greaseproof paper and weight part on it.
- Wait another 5 minutes and remove from the oven.
- Set aside some cherries for decoration.
- To prepare the ganache, chop the milk chocolate into small pieces.
- Heat the cream in a small saucepan until it comes to a boil.
- After adding the milk chocolate chips and the chocolate spread, remove from the heat and mix quickly.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the middle of the resting tart.
- Sprinkle over the almonds. Bury the cherries that you left the stems of in the chocolate.
- Let stand at room temperature for 1-2 hours and serve.
