Chard Wrap Ingredients
- 1 bunch of chard

- Some water

- The chard is washed one by one and the stems are separated with the help of scissors or a knife.
- It is kept in boiling water for 30 seconds on both sides and boiled.
- It is enough to stay until the color changes. It is filtered and left to cool.
- For internal mortar; ground meat, rice, grated tomatoes, finely chopped onions and parsley, and finally spices are added and kneaded well.
