Alinazik is a main dish made with eggplant and meat. It belongs to Turkish cuisine and is generally attributed to Gaziantep.
HISTORY OF ALI NAZIK
The story of Ali Nazik Kebab is, according to a rumor, “When Yavuz Sultan Selim came to Antep in the 16th century, a wonderful welcome ceremony was held and this meal was served. He liked it so much that he said, ‘Which hand made it gentle’, and from there his name remained Ali Nazik.
ALI NAZIK RECIPE
Ali kind materials
- 200 grams medium-fat ground lamb
- 2 cups strained yogurt
- 3 eggplants
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Parsley, salt, paprika
ALI NAZIK CONSTRUCTION
- First, roast the eggplants in the oven.
- Peel the skins off and chop finely with a knife.
- Add the yogurt mixed with salt and crushed garlic.
- Put this mixture in a casserole dish and heat it. On the other hand, put the minced meat on the skewers,
- cook on embers (or on the grill of the oven).
- If you wish, fry the ground beef in a pan. Cut the cooked kebab into pieces.
- Take the butter in the pan and melt it.
- Add red pepper and meat and fry.
- Place the roasted kebab on the sauce in the heated casserole.
- Serve garnished with finely chopped parsley.
