Three thinking techniques that will help us get rid of depression
Every fifth person develops depression in some form, and emotional and psychological traumas that we are unable to cope with on our own are becoming more and more common. In more severe depressive states, it is mandatory to work with a specialist who could guide us on the right path and clear our mind of intrusive thoughts that do not allow us to live happily.
What exactly is depression?
It is the trap in which a person falls when he feels defenseless, hurt, isolated from the world, when pain has conquered not only his emotional and physical body, but also his spiritual one. It is then that we enter this eerie trap that isolates us from the outside world and in which everything around us seems unacceptable, dark and even sinister. When these depressive attacks are in a milder form there are several ways by which we ourselves could cope and banish this dark hand that pulls us back.
- Breathe deeply and invite harmony
Yes, it seems somewhat simpler in words than in practice, but I want to tell you that there is no insurmountable problem in human life, and all we have to do to get out of the treacherous hole is to reach out deep in our minds and clear out those rotten thoughts that make us feel unhappy. To invite harmony, we need to work on our breathing, for this we can learn to meditate, take a few yoga classes or close our eyes and transport ourselves to a more beautiful place, whether it be in our past, there where we felt protected and safe or in our future, where the most cherished dreams were successfully realized.

After you relax and close your eyes, think about the three things in your life that make you laugh like a little kid and fill your day with meaning. Now focus your emotions and attention on them and try to displace those feelings that are triggering some fear and pain in you. - Indulge in fun and socialize
Sometimes to get out of the hole we need to surround ourselves with people with whom we feel relaxed and happy. Therefore, it is important from the very beginning when we notice that dark thoughts take over our consciousness and rob us of the ability to enjoy life, go outside, take a deep breath and realize that life is a beautiful moment that should not be we lose ourselves in self-recriminations, fears and sadness. We can always change the course of our lives and feel strong, but for this we must learn not to put darkness before light and always choose those emotions that bring warmth to our soul.
