Manual diet
This is one of the easiest diets to follow. It’s called “hand” because you measure your portions based on the size of your hand. For example, meat or fish should be no bigger than the palm of your hand, and carbohydrates about half a fist. If you feel like eating a slice of butter, the amount should not be more than the tip of your finger.
Fruits should also fit your hand – about a fistful, and vegetables – about 1 handful. Sweets are also not prohibited, but no more than your fist. Limit the chocolate to 2-3 cubes.
Cheese is very high in calories, so let the piece be the size of two fingers.
The milk should not be more than a small bowl.
Don’t overdo it with carbs. But you can replace them with fruits and vegetables.
