HOW TO PREPARE: TORTILLA OMELETTE

A genuine and tasty recipe to be prepared together, each with its own instructions to follow. Mom and Dad: Cut the pumpkin and spring onion into small pieces, this will make it easier to distribute them in the tortillas. Cook the pumpkin, spring onion and steamed broccoli florets for a couple of minutes. All together: add the cream to the eggs and mix them with a whisk, then add 50g of scamorza cheese, the chives and season with salt and pepper.

Child: take 6 small tortillas and with the help of a pastry bowl or a glass, pressing well with your hands, make 6 discs. Mum and Dad: Arrange the tortillas in the 6 notches of a metal muffin mold by pressing with your fingers to make them stick together.

Child: take the egg and cheese mixture and pour it into the tortillas dividing it into equal parts and so as to fill them only halfway, this is because the egg will swell when cooked in the oven. Mom and Dad: add a few cubes of vegetables to the inside of the tortillas and, once the oven is preheated to 180 °, bake for 15/18 minutes.

All Together: Once mum and dad have removed the mold from the oven, the little ones can sprinkle the surface with the remaining cheese. Then put the mold back in the oven until the surface is slightly golden, at which point our omelettes will be ready!
