DETAILED LENTILS SOUP RECIPE
Seasoned Lentil Soup Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of red lentils
- 6 glasses of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
For the dressing:
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon flour
For the above:
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
MAKING DELICIOUS LENTILS SOUP
- Chop the dried onion.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a saucepan.
- Start frying the onions in this oil.
- Meanwhile, wash the lentils with plenty of water and add them to the onions.
- Add the water and let the lentils cook for 15-20 minutes.
- When the lentils are soft, pass the soup through the blender.
- Add the spices and turn down the stove.
- Prepare the seasoning of the soup by whisking the yogurt, lemon juice, egg yolk and flour.
- Take a ladle or two of the hot soup, warm the seasoning and add it to the soup.
- After mixing it well and boiling it one more time, turn off the heat.
- Divide the soup into bowls.
- Heat the butter and fry the paprika in the oil.
- Drizzle pepper oil over the soups and serve hot.
