- 1 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION OF BREAD WITH PEPPER AND SESAME

- Add flour little by little and knead until a smooth and viscous dough.

- Fry the onion in olive oil and margarine.
- Add tomato paste and cayenne pepper, fry again.
- Add sesame seeds, mix, lower the pan and leave to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- Knead the dough once again and roll it out to finger thickness with a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- Cut into round pieces with the rim of a water glass.

- Keep the tray in a warm environment until the dough rises a little.
