LAMB TANDIR INGREDIENTS WITH TOMATO SAUCE ON LIKE CAKE
For the lamb tandoor
- 250 gr. lamb sleeve
- Half of 1 carrot
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sunflower oil
for tomato sauce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1.5 onions
- half spoon of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 2 leaves of fresh basil

- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of milk
TANDIR LAMB WITH TOMATO SAUCE ON LIKE CAKE
- Lamb sleeve is taken into the oven dish.
- Add finely chopped carrots, garlic, fresh rosemary herb, and black peppercorns.
