Kinds of food ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 medium green peppers
- 2 medium red peppers
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 3 medium eggplants
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 medium zucchini
- 200 grams of green beans
- 1/2 cup of hot water
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
MAKING KINDS OF MEAL
- Chop the dried onion that you peeled into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
- Take the seeds of the green and red peppers you cut in half and cut them into large pieces.
- Chop the aubergines and zucchini, which you peeled variegatedly, to be compatible with the peppers.
- Cut the peeled tomatoes and potatoes into large pieces.
- After cutting the ends, cut the green beans from which you have removed the bones in half.
- Heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan or casserole dish.
- Then add onions, garlic, green beans, eggplant, potatoes, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes in order.
- Mix olive oil, hot water and tomato paste in a small bowl and pour over the tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper and close the lid.
- Cook in the pan for 45-50 minutes on low heat.
- When serving, take it in a different bowl to mix all the vegetables and serve hot.
