  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 medium green peppers
  • 2 medium red peppers
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 3 medium eggplants
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 1/2 cup of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

MAKING KINDS OF MEAL

  • Chop the dried onion that you peeled into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
  • Take the seeds of the green and red peppers you cut in half and cut them into large pieces.
  • Chop the aubergines and zucchini, which you peeled variegatedly, to be compatible with the peppers.
  • Cut the peeled tomatoes and potatoes into large pieces.
  • After cutting the ends, cut the green beans from which you have removed the bones in half.
  • Heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan or casserole dish.
  • Then add onions, garlic, green beans, eggplant, potatoes, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes in order.
  • Mix olive oil, hot water and tomato paste in a small bowl and pour over the tomatoes.
  • Add salt and pepper and close the lid.
  • Cook in the pan for 45-50 minutes on low heat.
  • When serving, take it in a different bowl to mix all the vegetables and serve hot.
