How to store lemonade

Lemonade is the most common summer drink. Just a couple of lemons, a liter of water and a little sweetener – and a drink that quenches thirst, improves appetite and is rich in vitamin C is ready. But keep in mind that a fresh drink will be most useful within a couple of hours after preparation, then it will inevitably begin to lose vitamins. Well, if you made lemonade with soda, then you need to drink it right away.

In a tightly corked bottle, lemonade will last a week in the refrigerator. The best way to store homemade lemonade is in a clear bottle. If there is no sediment or turbidity, then lemonade is quite suitable for quenching thirst in the heat. And if a pale precipitate falls out or the lemonade has darkened, it is better to brew fresh lemonade.
