  • Laundry soap. Wet the stain and rub it thickly with soap. Leave it like this for about 30 minutes. Rinse. Repeat if necessary.
  • Apply the liquid to the stained area. Leave it to act for 15-20 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
  • Glycerin + ammonia. Apply the mixture to the stain. Wait 15 minutes. Rinse. Proportions: 2 tbsp. glycerin to 0.5 tsp. ammonia. You can wash out soy sauce in the same way .
  • Moisten a cotton pad. Wipe the dirty area with it.
  • Table vinegar 9%. The fabric may fade if you apply the product to it in its pure form. It is better to soak the item for about an hour in a soap solution with the addition of 2-3 tbsp. vinegar. After this, it will be much easier to remove the tomato stain with laundry soap.
  • Dishwashing gel. It can be applied to the stain for 1-1.5 hours or the item can be soaked in a soap solution. For cleaning white items, it is better to use a transparent colorless gel.

From white clothes

You can remove a tomato stain from white clothing using the following folk recipes.

  • Mix hydrogen peroxide with soda until it becomes a paste. Apply to the problem area. After drying, rinse the clothes in room temperature water and wash.
  • Drop freshly squeezed lemon juice onto the stain. Wait 10 minutes. Wash the item. Citrus can be replaced with a weak solution of citric acid. Rinse. Wash as usual.
  • Aspirin works flawlessly against tomato stains, as well as against yellow sweat stains. To remove a fresh stain, just dissolve one tablet in cool water and wash it with the resulting solution. To remove a stubborn stain, rub a tablet soaked in water into it. Wash the item after a few minutes.

How to remove green tomato stains
