MARAS PAN RECIPE WITH CHICKEN
Chicken Maras Pan Ingredients
- 1 kg shredded chicken or wings
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 heads of garlic
- 3 potatoes
- 4 green peppers
- optional paprika
For the sauce;
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Half a teaspoon of oil
MARAS PAN WITH CHICKEN
- Potatoes and onions are peeled.
- The peeled potatoes are cut into apple slices.
- Onions should be cut into thick rings.
- The peppers are cut into 3 or 4 pieces.
