10 cl of white vinegar or cider vinegar
30 cl of water
10 g of fine salt
👉 Soak mustard seeds for at least 4 hours (24 hours being ideal) in vinegar and water.
👉 Drain the seeds.
👉 Mix gently, or crush the mixture with a mortar or pestle.

👉 Adjust the seasoning.
