Delicious and satisfying: tuna purslane salad recipe

If you like tuna, it is possible to turn this duo into a real meal! Moreover, all we need for this recipe is tuna, a purslane and 1-2 pink tomatoes!
It is possible to sweeten purslane, one of the health store greens of summer, with summer fruits and to benefit more from its nutritional values. Because purslane, which stands out with its rich vitamin and mineral content, is diet friendly, regulates intestinal health thanks to its fibrous structure, and contains higher omega 3 than other greens, protects heart health and contributes to lowering cholesterol, is among the vegetables that should be consumed.

INGREDIENTS OF TUNA PURSULA SALAD
- 1 vineyard purslane
- 160 g (one can) tuna
- 1-2 pink tomatoes (or a bunch of tomatoes if you wish)
- 2-3 walnuts
- Optional lemon, salt and a little pomegranate syrup
TUNA PURSULA SALAD RECIPE
- Finely dice the tomatoes.
- Wash the purslane well and chop the stalks into medium-sized pieces without spending much.
- First take the purslane in a deep bowl.
- Then add the diced tomatoes and mix gently from bottom to top.
- At the last stage, add 1 can (160 g) of tuna fish on it and mix once more from bottom to top.
- If you are using chunked tuna, be careful not to break up the grains too much.
- If you wish, you can squeeze a small amount of lemon on it, but it will be very tasty in this form. You can add a little pomegranate syrup as desired.
- Serve with crushed walnuts on top.
