Peptic ulcer disease , gastroesophageal reflux and chronic gastritis are treatable diseases with a precise combination of an appropriate diet, a correct lifestyle and conscious medical treatment. Diet in these diseases does not mean starvation. It aims to remove the irritants of the digestive system and support recovery processes.

Vegetables are boiled, stewed or roasted. It is recommended to puree them, preparing different types of purees and juices from them. The fruits can be consumed as purees, juices, roasted or pureed.
