You need this:

  • 160 grams almond flour
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma
  • Sweetener
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. Soften the butter and cream cheese in a pan or microwave
  3. Mix in the vanilla aroma, sweetener and eggs
  4. In another bowl, mix the almond flour with the baking powder
  5. Add this mixture to the batter
  6. Add a pinch of salt if necessary and mix everything until smooth
  7. Pour the batter into a baking pan
  8. Bake the cake for 35 minutes
  9. Store the low-carb cake in aluminum foil or a storage box

Low carb lemon cake

Do you also love a fresh and sweet lemon cake? This recipe is good for a tasty lemon cake with little carbohydrates.

You need this:

  • 200 grams almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Sweetener
  • 20 grams of cream cheese (monchou)
  • 70 grams of butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 25 milliliters lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavor

For the topping:

  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • Sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation method lemon cake

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees
  • Bring the butter and monchou to room temperature and mix well
  • Add some sweetener to this
  • Mix in the eggs, lemon juice and lemon flavor
  • Now add the baking powder and almond flour and keep mixing this well until a firm batter is formed
  • Pour the batter into a cake tin
  • Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes

Toppings :

  • Mix the cream cheese, water, sweetener and lemon juice well together
  • Let the cake cool and cover the top with the topping
