Various weight loss diets have become very popular in recent years. I must say that none of the known diets designed to make us slim has nothing to do with a healthy lifestyle, and therefore should be treated with sufficient caution. The main goal of a low-calorie diet is fast weight loss. Everyone wants to become slim and beautiful as quickly as possible. However, not everyone can fulfill this desire and stay healthy.

All of these diets allow you to achieve a fairly rapid weight loss. The trouble is, it’s almost impossible to stay on a diet like this for many years. The person returns to their normal diet and quickly regains their original weight. Then he goes on a diet again and loses weight. Such “pendulum” fluctuations in weight are not conducive to maintaining health. In a healthy person, the weight should remain constant and, of course, normal.

You should not chase after some generally accepted norm. Better to aim for a weight that you can handle and feel good at. Remember, all “miracle” diets that promise dramatic weight loss will worsen your skin.

Not being supporters of ultra-modern and super-fashionable diets, we, nevertheless, will cite some of them – those that are not among the most severe and difficult to implement in everyday life.

Using this diet, you can lose 4-5 kg ​​in 14 days.

  • The first two days: three times a day, one hard-boiled egg, a cup of coffee, one apple.

  • Fourth day: breakfast – 1 egg; lunch – boiled fish, tomato; dinner – 2 eggs, a cup of coffee.

The “sinners” diet

The Banting diet

The diet is named after the famous physiologist, Dr. Banting. It contains proteins, fats, even carbohydrates, but in moderation. It can be used for a relatively long time, say, weeks.

Breakfast: unsweetened coffee with milk.

Lunch: 250 g of meat boiled or fried without fat on a wire rack, lemon, 40 g of rye bread, an apple, a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.
