1. Nata De Coco Cantaloupe Ice Recipe


  • 100 ml coco pandan syrup
  • 3 tbsp  shaved cantaloupe
  • 1 tbsp basil seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 250 ml soda water
  • Ice cubes as needed

How to make:

  1. Prepare a serving glass and add ice cubes to it.
  2. Add cocopand syrup.
  3. Add nata de coco and basil seeds to it.
  4. Add the cantaloupe that has been scraped into it.
  5. Pour the soda water into it until it is full then serve while cold.

If you want another preference in making cantaloupe ice, you can also make the following variations of cantaloupe ice:

2. Cantaloupe Ice Recipe


  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 200 grams of cendol
  • 70 ml simple syrup
  • 4 tbsp cocopandan creamer
  • 800 ml water
  • 200 grams of fro

How to make:

  1. Clean the seeds in the cantaloupe .
  2. Grate the cantaloupe and place it in a large container.
  3. On the other hand, boil the fro with pandan leaves.
  4. After the fro is cooked and cool, mix it with the cantaloupe that has been shaved and add cold water.
  5. Add simple syrup for sweetness.
  6. Put the cendol into a glass for one serving.
  7. Enter the mixture of cantaloupe and kolang-kaling along with the water and add the creamer .
