Requirements for 4 people are:

  • Leek, 4 pieces, washed and cut as described above.
  • Cashew nuts unsalted and roasted
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • 3 cm ginger, peeled and grated
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 block of tofu in cubes
  • 4 tbsp lime juice

Preparation method:

  1. Marinate the tofu with the soy sauce and lime juice. Let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Then fry the tofu nicely brown on all sides and set it aside.
