- Long Java Pepper: Originally from Indonesia, long Java pepper is characterized by its thin, elongated grains. Its unique flavor profile, which subtly blends warm, spicy and floral notes, will add a touch of elegance to your honey syrup.
- Cubeb Pepper: Cubeb pepper, also known as tail pepper, comes from Asia, more precisely from Indonesia, and is recognizable by its small tail-shaped grains. It offers a bright, minty flavor with a hint of freshness, creating a dynamic contrast in your honey syrup.
- Kampot Red Pepper: Kampot red pepper is grown in the Kampot province of Cambodia. It is famous for its mild, fruity and slightly sweet flavor, which will harmoniously balance the sweetness of the honey in your syrup.
By combining these four varieties of pepper in your homemade honey syrup, you will create a mixture rich in aromatic complexity, where each pepper will bring its own nuance of flavor. The union of honey and these exceptional peppers will give rise to a unique honey syrup, perfect for enhancing your cocktails, your marinades or even your sweet and savory dishes.
