How to make natural candy apples without food coloring?

- 3 medium apples
- 1 glass of sugar
- 3-4 leaves of dried pomegranate flower (you can find hibiscus in markets or herbalists)
- 1 glass of water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Greaseproof paper
- Sticks by number of apples
How is it done?
1. Put pomegranate flowers in a glass of boiling water and brew. (the longer you wait, the darker it will be)
2. After brewing and cooling, put 1 glass of sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. When it starts to boil, add the lemon juice.
4. Boil for another 10-15 minutes. (Drop it on oiled paper to understand that it has a consistency, if it is like glass, it means it’s done)
5. When it reaches the consistency, dip the apples you stuck on the stick into the mixture.
6. Put the apples upright on the greaseproof paper.
