Wellness appears as an active process of being conscious and making choices accordingly for a healthy and satisfying life. Beyond being free of disease, wellness involves a dynamic process of change and growth. We can define the word wellness in Turkish as well-being, vitality, being healthy or healthy.

Wellness is emotionally being in touch with one’s own or others’ feelings, being aware of them, being able to accept and express them, while spiritually it is our search for a meaning and purpose in our existence. Socially, it is connecting, interacting and contributing to other people and communities, and environmentally, it is a healthy physical environment free from hazards and awareness of the role we play in improving the environment rather than harming it.

Our careers and jobs take up a significant portion of our time. Therefore, doing what we love or loving what we do is of great importance for our happiness.
