- 2 long espresso coffees
- 8 ice cubes
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 ml of fresh cream

HOW TO PREPARE: COLD CAPPUCCINO
The cold cappuccino recipe is quick and easy. First, let the milk rest in the freezer for about an hour. Prepare the two coffees and let them cool. Put the ice cubes and milk in the blender jug.
Add the fresh cream, sugar and coffee. Blend at moderate speed for a few seconds: everything will immediately become blended and slightly creamy. Pour it into the glass of your choice, taking care to keep some foam on the surface. Decorate with chopped pistachios: the cold cappuccino is ready to be served.
