It is recommended to take only those products that you definitely use in cooking. It is better not to throw away the leftovers, but to make preparations and freeze them for the future.

Climatarians believe that everyone’s diet should be closely related to the ecological situation of the planet. Therefore, they prefer to count not the calories eaten, but the carbon footprint left by the products.
