Take 50 grams of oatmeal and 200 ml of plant-based milk. Place a pan on the heat source and add the plant-based milk and oatmeal. Bring this to a boil, then lower the heat and wait 3 minutes.  

Remove the pan from the heat and place the oats in a bowl. Add a little sweetener, for example agave syrup, to give it more flavour.

What Is Oatmeal Milk or Oat Milk? 

Oatmeal milk is not actually milk. It’s not squeezed or anything like that. It is a combination of oats and water. It can also be easily made at home.

Take 100 grams of oats and 700 ml of water and put them together. Let it soak overnight and then strain out the oats. Depending on the amount of oats, it may taste like oats or more like water.
