You can peel the slices if it is not an organic pumpkin with a vegetable peeler or knife. You can keep the pumpkin in slices, but you can also make cubes of it (3 by 3 centimeters).
What do you need:
- Pumpkin
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- turmeric
- oregano
- olive oil
Cut the pumpkin into slices or cubes. Mix the oil with the spices in a large bowl and mix with the pumpkin. Place the spiced pumpkin on the oven dish, but with baking paper, and put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.
The pumpkin cubes should be in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes (turn the last 10 minutes and put it back in the oven).
Slices of pumpkin (2 centimeters thick) should be in the oven for about 25 minutes, but poke the pumpkin briefly to see if they are cooked.
