HOW TO PREPARE: CHEESECAKE IN JARS

1

Put the biscuits and butter in the mixer and stir until the mixture is uniform and slightly grainy. Divide it into four wide-mouthed glass jars with the lid, level it with the back of a spoon and refrigerate

2

With the electric whisk, beat the cheese with the lemon curd until the mixture is smooth and silky, transfer it to a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle of one centimeter in diameter or without a nozzle, remove the glasses from the refrigerator and squeeze a layer of cream over the layer of cookies.

3

Wash and dry the berries and divide them into small glasses. Put the cheese cakes back in the fridge for at least a couple of hours and, before serving, sprinkle them with icing sugar.
