What are detoxifying foods?

Like vegetables, fruits contain phytonutrients that may provide health benefits. It is recommended that healthy adults consume at least 2 cups of fruit per day.
Fruits are a good source of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants, especially when consumed whole.
HEALTHY FATS
Many people avoid foods that contain oil when cleaning, but eating good oils from sources such as avocados, raw nuts and seeds, and nut and seed oil are actually beneficial.
