As it turns out, it’s easy, in fact, we fill the peppers like stuffed peppers, that’s all. In its preparation, we chop or grate all the vegetables, I grate them all. (Except gherkins and garlic)
Then we add the salt and lemon salt, mix, and wait for the reason to reach with some vegetable salt and get it full. While we are waiting, we clean the peppers, take them inside and wash them thoroughly without removing the lids.
You can add salt and lemon salt according to your taste. But I say do not add it since we will put it in the pickle juice anyway. Then we stuff the peppers, the same as the stuffing. Don’t click too much, put garlic on it.
Fill the drums with chickpeas and garlic in between. Dissolve salt in less than half the water according to your can, then add 2 cups of vinegar. I do it by eye or even by tasting the water.
Use standard pickle juice as a measure. The pickle is ready. I opened it a year later, I added a little hot bell pepper, and added extra pickles in between. It was very nice. Good luck to you in advance 👍
