Palace wrap recipe

- 2 cups coconut
- 1 pack of whipped cream
- 1 glass of cold milk
For Cocoa Custard:
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 packet of vanilla
For the above:
- Pistachios or walnuts or hazelnuts
- red berries
How is it done?
1. To make cocoa pudding, put milk, sugar, flour and cocoa in a saucepan and stir constantly.
2. After the custard boils, add the butter and vanilla.
3. Turn off the stove and stir until the butter melts. (The consistency will be dark)
4. Cover the baking tray or pyrex with cling film and sprinkle the coconut on it.
5. Then pour the custard over the coconut.
6. Spread it well so that the custard is even and smooth all over.
7. Let the dessert rest until the pudding has cooled.
8. On the one hand, whisk the whipped cream and cold milk until the whipped cream is thick.
9. Spread the whipped cream evenly on the cooled pudding. (Make sure the custard is cool before you apply the whipped cream!)
10. Leave the dessert to rest and cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
12. Cut the rested dessert into strips evenly. (about 12 slices will come out)
13. Wrap each slice into a roll.
14. Decorate the top of the dessert as you wish and serve.
