Day 3 – juice of 3 lemons and 3 glasses of water;

Day 4 – juice of 4 lemons and 4 glasses of water;

Day 5 – juice of 5 lemons and 5 glasses of water;

Day 6 – juice of 6 lemons and 6 glasses of water;

Day 7 – juice 3 lemons. Transfer it to a three-liter bottle or jar and top up with water. Add a spoonful of honey and drink it throughout the day;

Day 8 – juice of 6 lemons and 6 glasses of water;

Day 9 – juice of 5 lemons and 5 glasses of water;

Day 10 – juice of 4 lemons and 4 glasses of water;

Day 11 – juice of 3 lemons and 3 glasses of water;

Day 12 – juice of 2 lemons and 2 glasses of water;

Day 13 – juice of 1 lemon and 1 glass of water;

Day 14 – squeeze the juice of 3 lemons. Transfer it to a three-liter bottle or jar and top up with water. Add a spoonful of honey and drink it throughout the day.

Regarding nutrition, this diet for weight loss with lemons does not provide any restrictions, but excludes overeating. Vegetables are recommended – up to five servings per day, because they have fewer calories and contain many vitamins and nutrients. The juice is taken in the morning on an empty stomach, dissolved in warm water. In order not to dehydrate the body, between 6 and 8 glasses of water should be drunk daily.
