Milk is rich in nutrients, which are beneficial for our health. It is white in colour, which we get from mammals like Buffaloes, cows, camels and goats. It is easily available all around the world. Our body gets nutrients like protein, calcium, phosphorus, vitamins and potassium. It is excellent for our health; it prevents us from weakness and different kind of diseases. We can also make different kind of things from milk instead of use it as a drink. We can make yogurt, butter, cheese, cream, dried milk, ghee and skim milk etc…
