Nutrition based on “Hemocode-diagnostics”

Many people who want to normalize their weight are agitated by rumors about the fantastic possibilities offered by the nutrition program based on “Hemocode-diagnostics”, “Hemocode-diagnostics” and is an original development of the Research Institute of Biomedical Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences under the leadership of Academician A.I. Archakova. This method is based on the study of the interaction of human blood cells with the most common food products, with its help, the individual tolerance of food products is determined. The result of research is the identification of foods that are not completely digested and cause immunological rejection reactions in the body. These reactions lead to the emergence of many chronic diseases and pathological conditions, in particular to overweight, obesity, or, conversely,

Nutrition program and food intolerances

The test investigates the interaction of a small amount of human blood with extracts of one hundred and thirty foods from the daily diet of most people. The analysis determines what is useful and what is harmful for your body, and shows which foods should be temporarily excluded from the diet in order to unload the body as much as possible. The nutrition program based on “Hemocode-diagnostics” helps not only to normalize weight, but also to cure many chronic diseases. It can give immediate results in combating allergies, restore normal insulin production in the pancreas, relieve digestive problems, increase the body’s resistance and slow down the cell destruction that causes aging. What is “Hemocode-diagnostics” based on, what is its secret? Food has various effects on the human body.

Food allergy occurs as a result of a malfunction of the immune system – an increased sensitivity to substances contained in certain foods.

The body reacts to allergens by producing protective antibodies and a local inflammatory reaction. This reaction involves the so-called mast cells – specialized cells of the connective tissue. They have nothing to do with obesity in the body, but play an important role in the work of local immunity. In response to mechanical or chemical irritation, they release the substance histamine, which triggers the mechanism of immediate allergic reactions. You can see the work of mast cells right now. Run your fingernail along the inside of your forearm. After a few seconds, the strip of skin will turn red under the influence of histamine, which is secreted by mast cells. Roughly the same thing happens in the stomach and intestines under the action of individually intolerable food components.

Many people cannot tolerate milk, some cannot tolerate legumes or black rye bread – these foods often cause diarrhea, abdominal pain and increased gas production. There is an intolerance to mushrooms – it is manifested by heaviness, sometimes cramps and abdominal pains. The reason for these and other types of food intolerances is the lack or complete absence of enzymes in the digestive tract necessary for the digestion of certain substances.

Lactose (milk sugar) is a disaccharide made up of glucose and galactose molecules. To break down their bond, the enzyme lactase is needed. Intolerance to lactose, legumes and rye bread is due to a deficiency in the intestine of enzymes that break down the trisaccharide raffinose and tetrasaccharide stachyose. Mushroom intolerance is associated with a violation of the synthesis of the enzyme that breaks down the carbohydrate trehalose.

Undigested nutrients are additional food for intestinal microorganisms. This leads not only to increased gas production, but also to a change in the internal environment of the intestine and a violation of the normal composition of its microflora (dysbiosis), which is the cause of many diseases.

Food intolerances can be caused by other reasons. In some people, the activity of the intestines is disturbed by strawberries, citrus fruits, raw cabbage, radishes. These products contain histamine-like substances called tyramines. With hypersensitivity to histamine, such products have a damaging effect on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract. This leads to the release of histamine and, as a result, to the development of allergic reactions.

Thus, food intolerances are broader than food allergies. It includes true food allergies associated with immunological reactions, enzymatic deficiencies, the irritating effect of certain substances on the intestinal mucosa.

Food intolerance can be manifested by such serious illnesses as migraines – bouts of pain in one side of the head. A migraine attack can occur when eating caviar, pickled herring, chocolate, spicy cheeses, red wine.

This is due to the fact that these products contain biogenic amines (histamine, teramines), which cause a chain of reactions ending in a spasm of the blood vessels in the head. The cause of food intolerance often lies in an allergic reaction of the whole organism to substances absorbed by the intestines and entering the bloodstream, contained in foods or formed during the breakdown of more complex compounds.

The specific defense of the body against certain antigenic substances is carried out by the body’s immune system. Nonspecific protection from foreign objects is performed by phagocytes – “eater cells”. They actively capture and absorb foreign particles, microorganisms, and destroyed cells. Phagocytosis in human blood is carried out by neutrophils, one of the forms of white blood cells – leukocytes. By releasing special enzymes, they dissolve the absorbed particles.

Phagocytosis is accompanied by luminescence (chemiluminescence) of neutrophils. The reactions of whole blood neutrophils when they meet “in vitro” with an allergen or some other substance that affects their metabolism are close to the reactions occurring in the body. Some substances that make up the products affect the functional state of neutrophils (phagocytes) and cause chemiluminescence.

After the interaction of substances, characteristic for them, extracted from food with human blood, the intensity of neutrophil luminescence is measured using a chemiluminometer. Products causing the most intense neutrophil response are considered individually intolerable.

Drawing up a nutritional program for weight loss

Depending on the results of the study, the patient is given scientifically based recommendations in the form of two lists: “red” and “green”. The “red” list contains foods that are not recommended to be consumed for at least one and a half months, and the “green” list contains recommended foods. The list of recommended foods is usually many times longer than the list of unwanted foods. Most often, according to the results of the “Hemocode-test”, only 15-30 out of 130 tested products are included in the list of undesirable products. Prohibited food lists vary from patient to patient.

For a variety of diet, it is suggested to consume the recommended foods of each group once every few days. For example, if pork, chicken and duck are not recommended for you from meat products, but lamb, beef, turkey, rabbit, goose are recommended, then on Monday you can eat lamb and turkey dishes, on Tuesday – beef, on Wednesday – rabbit and goose etc. This applies to vegetables, fruits, cereals, and dairy products. A sample menu is also attached to the recommendations – the so-called “Your personal cookbook” with recipes for various dishes from permitted products.

Foods from the non-recommended list can be included in the diet gradually, no earlier than six weeks, starting with the one that is less harmful to the body. Products in the “red” list are arranged in descending order of neutrophil reactions: from the most harmful to the least harmful for a given person. Accordingly, these products should be entered starting with the last in the list.

People who used the nutritional program based on the “Hemocode-diagnostics” noted a significant improvement in health status and a tendency to normalize body weight, as well as a surge of strength and vivacity. The experience of nutrition based on the “Hemocode-diagnostics” program still requires scientific confirmation and analysis of statistical data on improving health and normalizing weight, as well as studying its long-term results. The data obtained so far allow us to consider that the nutrition program based on “Hemocode-diagnostics” deserves attention as a method of general recovery. It will likely prove to be an effective way to normalize body weight without exhausting diets and unsafe drugs.

Temporary elimination of foods that cause food allergies from the diet is known to have a positive effect on human health. The return of these products to the diet always occurs gradually and carefully, and if the condition worsens, it is recommended to exclude them from the diet for a long time or permanently. Thus, dietary recommendations based on “Hemocode-diagnostics” do not contradict official dietetics and do not harm health.

The lists of prohibited foods, as a rule, include sugar, white bread, confectionery – those foods that nutritionists have always urged to treat with extreme caution. Eliminating them from the diet alone can help normalize body weight. The proposed dietary program of permitted and prohibited foods can be a good motivation for normalizing eating behavior, which is especially important for achieving and maintaining an ideal weight for a long time.
