Phagocytosis in human blood is carried out by neutrophils, one of the forms of white blood cells – leukocytes. By releasing special enzymes, they dissolve the absorbed particles.

Depending on the results of the study, the patient is given scientifically based recommendations in the form of two lists: “red” and “green”. The “red” list contains foods that are not recommended to be consumed for at least one and a half months, and the “green” list contains recommended foods. The list of recommended foods is usually many times longer than the list of unwanted foods. Most often, according to the results of the “Hemocode-test”, only 15-30 out of 130 tested products are included in the list of undesirable products. Prohibited food lists vary from patient to patient.
